How do I receive my eSIM after purchase?

Your eSIM QR code and activation instructions will be sent to your registered email address immediately after payment is confirmed. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it within 5 minutes.

When should I activate my travel SIM or eSIM?

We recommend activating your eSIM upon arrival at your destination using the airport's free Wi-Fi. For physical SIM cards, you can insert the card into your device once you land to begin your data plan.

Is my smartphone compatible with your eSIM plans?

Most unlocked iPhone models (XR and newer) and recent Android flagship devices support eSIM. Please check your device settings for an 'Add eSIM' or 'Download SIM' option before purchasing.

Can I use my data plan to set up a personal hotspot?

Yes, most of our Hello1010 data plans allow for tethering and mobile hotspot usage, so you can share your internet connection with other devices like laptops or tablets.

What is your refund policy if the SIM does not work?

We offer a full refund for technical failures provided you contact our support team while you are abroad so we can attempt to troubleshoot. Refund requests made after returning home without prior contact may be denied.

Do these SIM cards come with a local phone number?

Most of our plans are data-only packages designed for high-speed internet. However, specific regional plans may include a local number for incoming calls and SMS; please check the product description for details.
